Digital Marketing Executive

Primary Responsibilities

·         Manage the daily operations of your assigned Account to ensure a satisfied client

·         Oversee Creative Production process (UX, UI, concept, production, approvals, traffic, linking/URL click-through, QA) for digital banners (desktop, mobile and tablet), client landing pages and client Facebook pages

·         Create actionable creative briefs

·         Provide client service support: attend meetings, meet deadlines, oversee digital project plans, troubleshoot problems and draft recaps

·         Write, edit and proofread materials to ensure quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles

·         Manage projects working with staff and vendors, including tracking financial details; responsible for managing monthly status report to clients

·         Drive digital, word-of-mouth marketing and social media business development opportunities (both organic and new)

·         Implement digital strategies, knowing the parameters that are unique to certain industries/clients

·         Communicate and present campaign results

·         Function as the client’s advocate within the Agency

·         Review reports, trends and results and interpret data to make proactive recommendations to advance the campaign and the client’s business initiatives

·         Review budgets and make changes/recommendations as necessary

 

Digital Industry Knowledge

·         Keep abreast of all things digital (UI/UX, WCAG compliance, website and email  design/development best practices blogging/microblogging, podcasting, video sharing and streaming)

·         Understand brand insights, customer segmentation and target needs; and seamlessly deliver brand online

·         Demonstrate understanding of social media tools

Accountabilities

·         Assist Digital Media Director as necessary

·         Excellence in client service and satisfaction

·         Accuracy in calculating numbers and report preparation and presentation

·         Troubleshoot and problem solve as appropriate

 

·         Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills and complete assignments and/or agreements within deadlines

 

Qualification

 Desired Skills and Experience

·         A BS/BA degree in marketing, communications or related field

·         5+ years managing web design/development projects including websites, email, landing page/microsites, UI/UX, mobile and responsive design

·         3+ years experience in social media and digital marketing strategies

·         An active involvement in online communities as well as new technologies and a strong understanding of digital insights and metrics

·         A proven track record of successfully strategizing and executing interactive programs that drive business platforms through utilizing word of mouth and social media to create online outreach, interest and excitement

·         Expertise in technology, all things digital and a proactive desire to keep well-versed on new digital trends and social technologies; be completely immersed with Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest

·         A strong interest in how businesses utilize online and mobile communications to dialog with their target audiences

·         Proficient at problem solving and brainstorming for solutions

·         Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, graphs and charts

·         Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications

·         Excellent verbal communication skills

·         Prior experience managing and developing other team members
